Three Mobile Apps That Moderate Alcohol Intake

A little over two years ago, I shared a handful of information and useful tips on my Instagram channel concerning this topic. Aside from highlighting a few important responsible drinking messages, the aforesaid content was aimed at socially active young adults who enjoy the occasional night out.
Naturally they would also have to love spending a great deal of their time on the interweb, and use smartphones to communicate.
Keeping this in mind, the objective of the series was to help ensure that they prioritize their safety while having a good time with their friends. We all know just how unforgiving the nightlife and party scene can get when you’re not careful and sober.
Thus, in this edition, we are going to continue on this line by suggesting at least three mobile applications that you can try to use to moderate your alcohol intake:
Drink Control
Drink Control tracks your alcohol intake in glasses, bottles or cans and converts them into standard units of alcohol. App lets you know when you go over the limit set by moderate drinking guidelines, and how much money you’ve spent and calories consumed with your drinks.
Leaf
Leaf is one of the best alcohol tracker applications that can enable you to keep a record of alcohol intake on your smartphone. It allows you to effectively track the amount which you are drinking and furthermore alerts when you are going over the limit of alcohol consumption.

It exhibits graphical representation of alcohol consumption and calculates the total units, overall cost, average units pre drinking day and non-drinking days per month, and entire calories.
Sober Grid
Sober Grid is a social network for temperance. Besides tracking your days sober, the application enables you to find other sober people both close to you and around the globe to share and chat with. Stay mysterious and share to such extent or as little as you prefer.
