Pick of the Week : Rocca & Martini – Hands Together EP
So, woke up to news that South African duo Rocca & Martini have released a two-track EP titled “Hands Together” courtesy of Canadian Imprint Big Fish Recordings, today. What’s even more interesting is that it’s available as an exclusive on Beatport.
Now, I managed to hop on the link that Justin da Rocha, better known as Rocca, shared on his Facebook wall – when he made the official announcement earlier today – and, quite honestly, I was amazed by what I heard. I mean, obviously the fact that it’s available an exclusive is way beyond impressive (on its own) but there’s a tune (there) on the EP titled “SCO” – and, MY WORD: what a beautiful a song. I mean, of course, the title track is an awesome banger too but the second one really does it for me & hopefully you’ll feel the same way about it too.

Sad to know that you feel that way about the release. Personally, as mentioned above, I really love it – even more so now that it’s made its way into the Beatport charts. Hopefully you’ll feel differently about it at some point in the future though – and also maybe learn to appreciate it as much I do? Either way, I appreciate the feedback and I can totally understand that this doesn’t do it for you. Music is subjective, after all.
