Off The Record: Beating Procrastination
Procrastination is something that everyone deals with. We all procrastinate from time to time, but what really bothered me (more than anything) about this bad habit was the fact that I was almost ready to accept that procrastination isn’t something I was going to be able to kick all at.
Thankfully, I came across some very useful tools about the subject and, with a little bit of practise, faith & determination, I eventually found a much better way to manage my time, and essentially started breaking this (not-so good) damaging habit.
Now, it’s not to say that I have somehow mastered the art of time management. No! If anything, it’s basically an indication that GOD is definitely guiding me into a whole new direction, and with continued practise and more honesty, one will eventually have the ability to overcome procrastination and beat this hideously bad habit once and for all.
If, like me, you have been struggling to overcome this detrimentally bad habit, I suggest you check out some of these great free resources that I have been reading lately – namely; the Mind Tools website, the Tiny Buddah website, and lastly, Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher’s Proctor Gallagher Institute.
